Japan Side
Information needed before a shipping quotation
Send the vehicle make/model/year, VIN or chassis number, fuel type, current Japan location, registration/export-deregistration status, document readiness, drivability, quantity, desired timing and consignee/importer information.
Port
Loading-port selection affects cost and schedule
The practical Japanese port depends on vehicle location, carrier route, terminal conditions, handling scope and schedule. We do not assume a port until the vehicle and route are reviewed.
High Value
Luxury and electrified vehicles require additional checks
High-value vehicles may need professional container stuffing and lashing. Hybrid, PHEV and EV vehicles can require carrier-specific acceptance checks before booking.
Payment
Cost and payment structure
For vehicle sourcing/export handling, Constructure's service fee is USD 700 per vehicle. Vehicle purchase cost, auction/dealer charges, inland transport, export/port charges, ocean freight, insurance and other third-party expenses are paid by the buyer under the final transaction structure. Constructure does not finance or advance these costs.
